Introduction

Lis (a Library of Iterative Solvers for linear systems) は, 線型方程式系及び標準固有値問題を解くためのスケーラブルな並列反復解法ライブラリです.
Lis をインストールするためには, C コンパイラが利用できる計算機環境が必要です. また, Fortran インタフェースを使用するためには FORTRAN 77, 代数的マルチグリッド前処理を使用するためには Fortran 90 に対応したコンパイラも必要となります. 並列計算環境では, OpenMP または MPI を使用します. データの入出力には Harwell-Boeing, Matrix Market の両形式が利用可能です．
